Take an intentional guided journey taking a deep dive into your gifts, abilities and the spiritual tools that support those in walking out a path of purpose for the Kingdom of God.
WHO IS IT FOR?
School leavers 18+ looking to explore and establish their Christian faith through genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Engagment in a community seeking God together through study, reading, worship, church and camp ministry. Accommodation in a family based Christian community. Work with our camp team as an adventure camp

SESSIONS
OVERVIEW
Stoke participants will be guided thorugh daily study, readings, retreats and training days over the course of their journey. These will be broken into 2, 6 month sessions which can be taken in any order, or stand alone as a 6 month experience.

JULY SESSIONS
EXPLORING GOD & YOUR PERSONAL PURPOSE AND MISSION
In this session we will navigate a basic theology of God and look to explore gifts, abilities, passions and your story. The session culminates with a process of distilling a personal mission statement that reflects your purpose.
JANUARY SESSION
SPIRITUAL EQUIPPING FOR A LIFE OF PURPOSE
In this session, participants will be introduced to tools and disciplines that support a life of pursuing God and living spiritually aware. These will focus on topics such as the role of an enemy, dealing with agreements, overcoming negative emotions, practicing spiritual disciplines, living relationally, discernment & receiving truth for our circumstances. The session culminates with each participant empowered in their personal spiritual journey.
JOURNEY COST
$20,000 per 6 month session ($500 upfront)
SUBSIDY
The total cost of stoke is offset by the service component of your journey within the programs of Golden Valleys Adventure Camp. Should you complete your service component we are able to offset up to $19,500 of your program cost. This leaves a small $500 up front cost to each participant.

Applications are opening May 1st for the first of two 6 month journeys which can be undertaken separately or combined together to make a full year journey. Intakes are in July and January and will be open to school leavers who are 18 and over.
